Our villa is located on the quiet residential award winning Indian Point. We are 10 minutes from Disney and close to all the major attractions and a few minutes from Highway 192 which is simply packed with shops, restaurants and attractions. Our villa has vaulted ceilings and is 1725 sq ft and fully air conditioned

All rooms, except the children's bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. Cleaning and maintenance of our villa is a very high priority for us and we ensure that this is kept to a rigorous standard, we are also fully licensed by the Florida State tourist board and our home has met their stringent safety standards. We are sorry but smoking is not permitted in our home in accordance with our guests wishes. We are also unable to accept pets

Young travellers who require a cot, highchair or playpen can be catered for. All bed linen (except cot linen) and all towels (except beach towels) are supplied. To ensure that everything is prepared to the very highest standards, our management company prepare the villa prior to your arrival, and are available to assist you twenty four hours a day during your holiday should you have a problem. Cleaning and maintenance are a very high priority for us and we therefore ensure that these are always completed to rigorous standards.

A Welcome Pack can be provided for you prior to your arrival at the villa at a small cost.. There are two different types of pack available and information will be provided to you at the time of booking.
